Designing for Results

My work focused on translating Acclaim’s platform strengths into a clear, outcome-led brand system: defining the new narrative, codifying it in messaging, and designing the visual identity, website, and collateral to spotlight GOAL-oriented AI agents for Sales, Support, and Collections. Every asset was built to reinforce Acclaim’s promise to regulated industries, from privacy-first deployment and AI-agnostic flexibility to human-quality, voice-first conversations that drive measurable business results.

New Identity

The solution combined a new name and identity system with a redesigned website and content framework that foregrounds “revenue-driving CX that deploys in weeks, not months” and “built for regulated industries, with AI you control.” This outcome-first story runs through the entire experience, giving Acclaim a cohesive AI rebrand that reads clearly to enterprise buyers and performs across channels, from site to sales.

Acclaim Brand Guidelines

The new identity and AI brand system begin with the name Acclaim, chosen to signal outcomes customers can measure and celebrate, including higher recovery, faster resolution, and better sales performance. The new logo, visual identity, and brand guide show how to execute an AI rebrand for SaaS by translating key platform pillars (revenue-driving CX, human-quality conversations, built for regulated industries, results that speak for themselves) into a clear, modern design language with confident typography, focused color, and layouts that prioritize customer outcomes over technical jargon.

Website design templates

As part of the website redesign, the new SaaS website architecture organizes the story around three core pillars: Platform, Solutions, and Results, making it easy for enterprise buyers to see how Acclaim deploys, where it fits in their stack, and what it delivers. Responsive website templates were structured for fast scanning and SEO-friendly storytelling, with conversion-focused hero sections, modular blocks for GOAL-oriented agents across Sales, Support, and Collections, and proof modules that showcase deployment speed, regulatory fit, and performance metrics.

Social templates in Figma and Canva

To support ongoing AI product marketing, social templates were designed in Figma and mirrored in Canva, giving both design and go-to-market teams reusable assets for AI brand campaigns and SaaS launch moments. The system leans on short, outcome-led messaging such as “Revenue-driving CX that deploys in weeks, not months,” paired with flexible layouts for product visuals, customer quotes, and data callouts, so every post reinforces the AI rebrand and drives consistent, conversion-ready engagement.
